Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Fuss-free Returns

Obviously we want you to be happy with every product you purchase from us, whether online or in store. Please do not remove labels from products or dispose of packaging while you are making up your mind as this may affect your ability to return an item. If you choose to return an item it must reach us in original unused condition with all labels attached and any packaging that may have formed part of the item i.e. boxed goods. At all times your statutory rights are protected.

MAKING A RETURN

In the event that you are not satisfied or have changed your mind, you may return any item or items within 14 days of the dispatch date and, following inspection of the product, we will refund you for the cost of the item minus the outgoing delivery charge (minimum charge €5.99) via the original payment method used. Please note that the cost of return is not the responsibility of Altitude. We reserve the right not to accept ‘change of mind’ returns outside of this period. Goods may also be returned in person to our store.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel or amend any order (or part of an order) placed with us, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. You will receive a full refund, including postage, via the original method of payment.

If your order, or part of it, has entered the dispatch process, you can refuse to accept the delivery of the item. It will be returned to us as undeliverable where we will refund the amount for the item however, you will still incur costs for the outward postage.

The Supercaliber SLR 9.8 X0 AXS is an ultra-light XC mountain bike built for race day.

Its SLR mountain carbon frame is as light as it is meticulous, with a high modulus lay-up that gives all the stiffness you crave and none of the weight. XC courses get rowdier every year, so it's equipped with a 110 mm fork and 80 mm of Isostrut rear suspension to smooth your roll without dropping pedaling efficiency. It's all topped off with carbon wheels, a carbon cockpit, and SRAM's wireless direct-mount X0 transmission.

A featherweight, high-modulus SLR OCLV mountain carbon frame with modern XC geometry. 110 mm of front suspension from a RockShox SID Select+ fork with DebonAir spring and Charger Race Day damper and 80 mm of Isostrut rear suspension from a RockShox SIDLuxe shock—all with remote lockout. A fully wireless SRAM X0 AXS 12-speed electronic transmission, Bontrager Kovee Elite 30 carbon wheels, carbon Bontrager RSL integrated bar/stem combo, Bontrager Line dropper post, and SRAM Level Silver 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes.

Supercaliber's unique frame design ditches traditional suspension hardware so there's less weight, less maintenance, and less lateral flex. Isostrut connects the mainframe to the pivot-less seat stays to offer about 80 mm of rear wheel travel. This design offers a unique blend of efficiency, traction, and fatigue-fighting compliance that keeps racers fresh and in control.
